- The primary mission of the company is the construction and operation of a new football stadium in the city of Prešov.
- The construction of the new football stadium will be financed by funds provided by the company's founders – the city of Prešov, the Prešov Self-Governing Region, and the Slovak Football Association.
- For the purpose of constructing the new stadium in the city of Prešov, the company signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Slovak Football Association for the implementation of the reconstruction, modernization, and construction of the football stadium in Prešov.
- The newly built stadium will be used for sports, cultural, and social activities in the city of Prešov. It will serve as the home ground of the football club in Prešov that competes in the top-tier league.
- Additionally, in accordance with the above mentioned agreement with the Slovak Football Association, it will also host international representative matches organized by the Slovak Football Association and various other football activities organized by the SFZ.
